Viva Vieques

After two days in San Juan we took a quick flight to the neighboring island of Vieques. The first morning, we grabbed some snorkels and headed to the beach. After a 15 minute drive down a bumpy dirt road with a very inaccurate map and some questionable directions, we found a beautiful beach (at right).

We decided to walk along the beach to find the "perfect" spot for our day of beach fun only to discover that the beach was just packed. There were two other people on the beach. So much for unspoiled beaches.
